In the series of grate sages of India Yugrishi, Vedmoorti, Freedom Fighter, founder and patron of Akhil Vishwa Gayatri Pariwar Pandit Shriram Sharma Acharya, was born on 20.09.1911 in the village Aanwal Kheda located on Jalesar road in district Agra. His father Pandit Roop Kishor Sharma was a priest and a landlord. His aim was to re-establish the Satyug on the earth. He led a campaign namely "Vichar Kranti" and founded Yug Nirman Yojna. He became a siddha saint of Gayatri by penancing very hard, and lit the Akahand Deepak in 1926 which is continuing till date. He wrote 32000 books on art of living for the suffering humanity. In these books, Hindi translations of Vedas and Pragyapuraan etc are major books. He especially emphasised on scientific spiritualism and goodwill.

Birth Land of Yugrishi - Yugrishi Pandit Shriram Sharma Acharya was born on 20 September 1911 (Kumar Trayodashi Vikram Samvat 1968) in the village Aanwal Kheda (which is located at 24 KM from Agra at Agra-Jalesar Road).
Participation in Freedom Movement – During the Namak Andolan Shriram Matt (Nick name of Acharyaji during freedom movement) fell down in a hole filled with solution of salt and fainted, police continuously beaten him but he resisted the British suppression as much as he could.
Emotional sentiments of the seeker – Once, his emotional sentiments freed a cow which was being used in a cart as puller by a butcher. But he himself pulled that cart for 10 miles till he reached Agra.
