Shaheed Smarak (Martyrs' Memorial)

Near the memorial is a park dedicated to other war heroes.

Opposite the Residency, on the bank of the river Gomti, stands a white marble memorial amidst a beautiful park. It was built in the 1970s and is dedicated to the martyrs who laid down their lives during the Freedom Movement of India.
